We host your newsletter and address data base. All newsletters are sent out using an email address from your domain (yourname@yourdomain.com). We found that by hosting your list the program can easliy be updated and will never be lost due to you losing your domain name or hosting service. We use a program that allows people to subscribe and unsubscribe automaitcally. There is also a link at the bottom of all mailings that allows people to opt out automatically and therefore it is never considered to be spam. You will have a subscribe/unsubscribe form on your website.

Setup and Costs

These can be sent out weekly, monthly or for those special sales.

• Setup (One time charge): $150.00
  Modify clients website to add ability to view current and achieved newsletters and to subscribe and unsubscribe to newsletter.
• Design HTML mailing layout template: $75.00 per hour
• Insert content into HTML layout template - Approx. 1 hour: $75.00
• Add Content to newsletter template - Approx. 1 hour: $75.00
• Internet Postage & Monitoring: $0.02 per e-mail address
  You will receive a notice by email stating that all mailing have been mailed.

Example of cost per mailing after setup:

500 newsletters - $85.00 ($75 add content to template and $10 for Internet Postage and monitoring.)
